What file formats do you accept?
We primarily work with STL files, but we can also accept OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. If you're not sure, send it over and we'll confirm.
How do I get a quote?
Use our quote request form or email your file to quotes@bignes3dsystem.com. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a full breakdown.
How long does printing take?
Print time depends on the complexity and size of your STL. Simple parts: 1-2 days. Complex prints: 5-10+ days. We give you an honest timeline before you commit.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship nationwide across the US only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I request a specific material or color?
Yes. We stock PLA, PETG, ASA, and TPU. Let us know your preference and we'll confirm availability. Color options vary by material.
What if my part has an issue?
Every order is inspected before it ships. If something isn't right when it arrives, reach out immediately and we'll make it right.
